World Mental Heath Day today, I’ve just discovered. Right now some of us are struggling with their mental wellbeing, are anxious and are sliding into depression.
I’ve been there, done that, but you don’t get a badge for it. It’s a bad place and you must, must, must NOT linger there. I hit the rock bottom of depression and did a lot of stupidly inconceivable things in my crazed-dazed state, but ultimately I did swim to the surface and came up for air.
So, put up a fight, my friend. Don’t let the black dog maul you.
